We Hold these Truths to Be Self Evident. Not!

The founding of America in 1776 was based on the following values spelled out in our Declaration of Independence.

“The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”

No doubt, in the minds of many Americans, especially those who have been indoctrinated through their university educations which are now nearly 100% Marxist, the revolution being thrust upon America now by our Trojan Horse President is consistent with rectifying “a long train of abuses,” in this case by “white men.” And so, the likes of politicians such as Stacey Abrams believe it’s okay and right for them to break American laws in giving voting rights to any human being here, whether living or dead (including the many thousands of dead people who voted in the last election). Abrams and most in the Democrat Party are apparently in agreement with allowing tens of thousands of illegal immigrants in to America because they, being non white people and thus by definition abused, will vote Democrat, thus solidifying power to overthrow the Evil White Man that is responsible for all the suffering in the world. 

All effective propaganda is based on some truths that allow its acceptance to grow. Certainly, Americans who engaged in slavery abused African American human beings; and I truly believe, as my friend Dick Galbraith and former speechwriter for Pennsylvania Governor Scranton in the 1960s does, that that evil will be the undoing of America. I think the horrific trashing of cities and police in America last summer by Black Lives Matter and Antifa (which contrary to its name is actually not anti but pro fascism) as well as the sneaking of Kamala Harris into the current position of Co-President through the back door is suggesting Dick Galbraith was right about the sins of our past. They are indeed coming back to bite us!

Likewise, America’s foreign policy at least post-World War II when it took on the role of empire has been outrageously cruel and damaging. How many millions of innocent brown, yellow, and red people have our bombs murdered under false pretenses, like “weapons of mass destruction” in Iraq? That military has not been used to bring to foreigners the values spelled out in the opening lines of the Declaration of Independence. Rather it has been used to fund our empire since the early 1970s, to accept dollars for the purchase of oil, and thus enable America to print fraudulent units of U.S. dollar fiat currency that we Americans have used to buy up the world’s goods and services that were created by the sweat of foreigners. It also allowed the funding of socialism here at home and the massive redistribution of wealth from the “deplorable” middle class of Americans, who have lost their high-paying jobs, to overseas workers as American corporations sought to optimize their profits with cheap labor.

So there are many reasons for people around the world to hate the American establishment, and the revolution that is rather quietly taking place to dismantle America of 1776 is most assuredly upon us. And given the fact that the Marxists who are emerging from our universities—like all good Marxists—do not believe in a Creator of the universe, I hold virtually no hope that we can or will, in what remains of my lifetime (I’m nearly 74), prevent the direction of our once-free nation toward dictatorial slavery. That slavery is being targeted first toward white men like me, but ultimately it will turn most viciously upon those who do not believe in the laws of Nature and Nature’s God.” 

America is in a downward spiral and destined for miserable poverty, self-destruction, and death, which is the fate of all godless dictatorships. Only God knows how this will all play out, but one only needs to look at both communist and fascist dictatorships of the 1900s to see the misery that lies ahead of us, now that the Bill of Rights and key Amendments starting with the First and Second Amendments are being stripped away from us. Think of the millions of people who were killed by the likes of Mao, Pol Pot, Stalin, and Hitler, to name the most obvious. The one thing all of these dictators had in common was a disbelief in God, which was not true of our Founding Fathers, who realized that each of us is given life by God to live freely, either to serve Him or to serve His adversary, Satan.

The dictators named above, as well as many of our kids coming out of the universities, do not believe in or even care about God. And a very recent indicator of that is a statement made by Representative Jerry Nadler on the House floor in response to Representative Greg Stuebe’s disagreement with the Equality Act and its contradiction of God’s will:  Mr. Stuebe, what any religious tradition ascribes as God’s will is no concern of this Congress.” Hence if you are wondering why our First Amendment rights are now being stripped away from us and why only Democrats are allowed to challenge election results, G.K. Chesterton has the answer. He has said, It is only by believing in God that we can ever criticize the Government. Once abolished…God, and the Government becomes the God. That fact is written all across human history….The truth is that Irreligion is the opium of the people. Wherever the people do not believe in something beyond the world, they will worship the world. But, above all, they will worship the strongest thing in the world.

After President Obama took office, the First Lady remarked that “It’s our turn now.” Those who heard those words understood what she meant. Even so, I was happy that our first African American President was elected because it suggested that America can improve within the existing framework our Founding Fathers gave us. Of course, I had no idea that President Obama harbored a Marxist ideology or that it would take hold so rapidly and so thoroughly in such short order. It now seems likely that the Republican Party will become an impotent and dying entity as Democrats have apparently taken over virtually all three branches of government and they are seeking to consolidate dictatorial power by eliminating competing ideas. And that is being complemented by social media platforms as well as most TV networks.

Nor is there any reason any longer to think the Supreme Court will stand up for our Constitution in the future. That is obviously clear from its failure to hear challenges to the Pennsylvania Governor’s violation of the state’s own election laws. The Democrat governor and left-wing state judges obviously violated their election laws to benefit the Democrat Party by depriving the Pennsylvania citizens of having their voices heard through the State legislature.  Only three Supreme Court justices thought the case should be heard. Not even Trump’s two latest supposedly-strict-constructionist appointments, Kavanaugh and Barrett, had the courage to agree to hear the case in which Pennsylvania’s left-leaning politicians and judges disobeyed their own state’s election laws. The Supreme Court is saying that America is no longer a country ruled by its laws but rather by majority opinion.  Perhaps the enormous, vicious pressure that both Kavanaugh and Barrett were subjected to in the Senate Supreme Court hearing process intimidated them.

Why do I bring this up in this letter when it is focused on the markets and in particular on the mineral exploration sector? Simply put, as a nation that is quickly becoming a nation of men rather than laws, the ability to invest in public markets will become increasingly challenged. Marxist ideology does not allow you to hold private property, with the exception of course of those who rule over us. So, I think you should take it as a given that this government under the Biden/Harris co-Presidency will be coming after anything and everything you own especially as our financial meltdown unfolds.

From a directly practical point of view with respect to what is covered in this letter, keep in mind that most of the mining projects in America are on BLM or government-owned land. The Trump Administration, in keeping with Republican values of limited government and power to the electorate and local government, cut back government regulations against mining. As I have noted before, I will be looking far less favorably on exploration companies operating in the U.S. if they are not either working private land or have an agreement with a native nation to work on their land. That is one very small but consequential way that our increasingly Marxist government will be negatively impacting our freedom and well being.

The bottom line is that our hope can be based on nothing less than our Creator, who controls all time and space and everything inside and outside of time and space, and on His son, Jesus, who was sent here out of the Father’s love for us, to forgive us of our sins and provide redemption so that we are able to love and serve one another, honor Him, and abide with Him forever. But, unless and until such a time as I am physically unable to keep working or our government strips me of the ability to work or until the good Lord calls me home, I will continue to do the best I can for you.
